The Black Women Experience

was created for the influential, established, professional woman who looks like she has it all together but SHE IS TIRED.

It’s for the sister who is frustrated, overwhelmed, and addicted to being busy—and dying inside.

What we see on the outside camouflages what’s going on inside. She needs to make time for the number one player on her team—HERSELF but has no idea how.

So, is this you?

• The go-to person for resolving interpersonal conflict

• Entrepreneurial visionary

• Consistent problem-solver

• Dependable expert

• Caretaker of children and/or parents

• Spiritual

You’re a dynamo, able to provide financially and emotionally. You are skilled, in charge, and essential to your work, family, and friends.

But there's a flip side to being essential:

  • Pressure to perform.

  • Self-denial of your own needs.

  • Overcompensating for insecurities.

  • Disconnection from your body and spirit.

  • That nagging imposter syndrome.

  • The quiet fear that if you fall, no one will be there to pick you up.

The Black Women’s Experience is a cohort of women who understand. Together, the group will help each woman become better holistically aligned—in mind, body, and spirit—so she can create a personal, realistic, and practical strategy around what self-care looks like for her.

Why a small intimate group? A few reasons:

• It’s been the way of our ancestors. We’ve gotten through everything from girlhood to womanhood, pregnancy to delivery, planting season to harvest, enslavement to freedom, the civil rights movement to Black Lives Matter—together. Individualism isn’t our inheritance.

• There’s no better way to embody the truth that you aren’t alone in your successes and needs.

• Communal care is clinically proven to bolster successful outcomes—even above individual talk therapy.

During The Black Women’s Experience, you’ll learn:

How to cultivate strategies and steps to get back to self.

• How to unsubscribe to beliefs that no longer serve you.

• How to create the space to empower yourself as you empower others.

• How to build alignment with your mind, body, and spirit.

• How to harness power through your personal stories (instead of your stories having power over you).

By the end of our time together, you'll emerge feeling recharged.  Ready to embrace your next exciting chapter? Save your spot today!
